About this opportunity
This session asks a practical question: what happens when an idea moves from the screen into the real world? A live demonstration of 3D printing answers it step-by-step. Participants will watch a digital design become a physical object in real time, explore the 3D printing process from start to finish, and learn how the technology can turn ideas into working prototypes and finished products. The session is open to ALX learners, university students, entrepreneurs, makers and anyone curious about 3D printing — no prior experience is required. Just bring your curiosity and ideas. Details: Date: Saturday 10 October 2026 (Meskerem 30, in Amharic notation) Time: 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM (8:00 – 11:00 in 12-hour notation) Location: ALX venue (see RSVP link for confirmation) Format: in-person, hands-on demonstration with live Q&A.
