Become an AGAR Mentor — Share Your Expertise with Ethiopian Entrepreneurs
About this opportunity
The AGAR Mentorship Service connects experienced professionals with Ethiopian entrepreneurs who want structured guidance on building and growing their businesses. R&D Group, in partnership with SNV LIWAY, is recruiting mentors to join the service — Ethiopian-based or in the diaspora — who are willing to share practical, real-world experience with founders. Mentors register through a short online application. The form collects personal information (name, preferred title, email, mobile/WhatsApp number, LinkedIn profile, gender, and whether you are local or diaspora), supporting documents, and a short set of final questions covering how you heard about AGAR and anything else you would like the team to know. A CV or résumé upload is required; the form accepts PDF or Word documents up to 10 MB, and optional supporting files are welcome to strengthen your profile. A consent checkbox confirms you are happy for AGAR to collect and process your information for the purpose of evaluating your application, and that your data will be handled under applicable privacy laws and not shared with third parties without your consent. The whole process takes roughly 10–15 minutes. AGAR states that the team will be in touch within five working days of submitting the form.
