About this opportunity
Develop Data Governance Framework and Data-Sharing Protocols for a Regional SIS in IGAD. Assess existing soil information systems, databases, standards, and institutional arrangements within IGAD Member States. Develop data sharing framework and mechanism for Soil and Fertilizer related data.
Who can apply
- Advanced university degree (Masters or higher) in Soil Science, Agronomy, GIS, Data Science, or related fields
- At least 7 years of professional experience in soil information management, geospatial systems, or related fields
- Experience developing data governance frameworks and multi-country data exchange initiatives
