FSD Ethiopia is a local development agency (est. 2022) supporting development of accessible, inclusive, and sustainable financial markets for economic growth and human development. Funded by FCDO and Gates Foundation. Position: Intern – Program Support Reports to: Program Assistant Duration: 3 months (possibility of extension) Key Responsibilities: - Support Program Team in coordinating activities, scheduling meetings, maintaining trackers - Assist Resource Mobilization & New Business Development Team with proposals, concept notes, presentations, donor engagement materials - Manage databases and program-related information - Support email correspondence with internal teams, partners, consultants, stakeholders - Organize and maintain project documentation, reports, contracts - Conduct desk research for business development, donor mapping, partnership initiatives - Track funding opportunities and compile info for proposals - Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, follow-up actions - Coordinate stakeholder meetings, workshops, events - General administrative support Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree (completed or final-year student) in Business Admin, Management, Economics, Development Studies, International Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related - Strong interest in development finance, program management, resource mobilization, partnership development, donor-funded programs - Excellent English communication (written/verbal) - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) - Strong organizational skills, attention to detail - Research, analysis, and presentation skills - Team player, professional, proactive How to Apply: Submit resume and cover letter to jobs@fsdethiopia.org by close of business October 2, 2026 Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted FSD Ethiopia is an equal opportunity employer
