Funded by the Australian Government, open to highly ranked newly commencing Research Degree students. Covers tuition fees up to 3.5 years (PhD) or 2 years (Master), living allowance, and OSHC for student plus family.

Who can apply

• Overseas students undertaking HDR at UTS
• Outstanding academic achievement and research potential
• Not receiving equivalent award >75% of stipend rate

• Full tuition fee coverage
• $40,500/year living allowance (tax-free)
• Overseas Student Health Cover (single or family)
• Up to 3.5 years for PhD, 2 years for Master
