The Young Professionals Program (YPP) is the World Bank Group leadership development program for high performing professionals with a passion for development. Eligibility: - Graduate-level degree or higher in relevant field - 2 to 6 years of professional experience - Excellent command of English (mandatory) - Fluency in additional languages is an advantage - No age requirement Streams (select one primary + up to two alternatives): - Investment - People: Education, Health, Social Protection - Prosperity: Economic Policies, Finance/Competitiveness/Innovation, Institutions, Poverty/Equity - Planet: Agriculture, Climate, Environment, Social, Water - Infrastructure: Energy/Extractives, Sustainable Infrastructure Finance, Transport, Urban Development - Digital Transformation - Legal Selection Process: 1. Eligibility and Application Review 2. Asynchronous Video Interview, Stream-Specific Assessment, Virtual Job Try-out 3. Panel Interview and Assessment Center (Dec 2026 - Jan 2027, Washington DC or online) 4. Final decision (late January - early February 2027) Employment: Initial 2-year GF-level term appointment, renewable for 5 years based on performance. Starts at WBG headquarters in Washington DC.
