Aspire Leaders Program — Cohort 4 runs from October 21 to November 30, 2026. The program is fully online, self-paced (3-5 hours per week), and completely free — no application fee, no tuition. Built for first-generation and limited-income university students and recent graduates from anywhere in the world. The program was founded inside Harvard and is now an independent nonprofit. The curriculum is designed and taught by Harvard faculty — the same professors, same standards — made accessible globally. You learn alongside a global cohort of driven, first-generation students from 195 countries. Each week includes a live masterclass with faculty or industry leaders (not pre-recorded videos). Relationships formed here extend well beyond the six weeks. Program highlights: leadership foundations, career clarity, networking, communication, and personal branding — designed to help you move forward with confidence and build a global professional network.
